Why I built this

I lost 30kg myself. None of it was easy.

Juice cleanses. Tracking 1,200 calories. Hundreds of dollars on supplements that didn't burn anything but a hole in my wallet. Some of it worked for a few weeks. Nothing stuck. Then I finally lost the weight, and it never came back.

For years I watched friends, family, and gym members make the exact same mistakes I made. The worst part? They were already working with coaches, PTs, and meal plans. Plans that looked good on paper, but fell apart within weeks in real life. They tried hard. The plan failed them.

Before you book.

What does coaching actually cost?

This is a real coaching investment, several hundred dollars per month, for women who are ready to actually solve this. We get into specifics on the Discovery Call, once I understand where you're at and what would make sense.

If you're not ready to invest at that level, please don't book the call. I'd rather you wait until you are.

Will I have to give up foods I love?

No. The women I work with eat bread, pasta, pizza, wine, and dessert — strategically. Noelia lost 53kg without giving up a single food she loves.

The OCS Process is built around how you actually want to eat, not a list of forbidden foods. That's a big part of why it holds.

Is my metabolism actually broken from years of dieting?

Your metabolism isn't broken — it's adapted. Years of dieting taught your body that food is scarce, so it slowed everything down to protect you. That's why the harder you push, the harder it pushes back.

The first thing we do in the Optimize phase is reverse that. Most women feel the shift in 7–14 days.

I'm in perimenopause / menopause. Will this work for me?

Yes. A large share of my clients are in perimenopause or postmenopause. The OCS Process was specifically built for women whose old approach stopped working, and that's exactly what happens during this life stage.

We start with sleep, stress, hormones, and digestion before we touch fat loss. That's where the real lever is.

I'm postpartum. Is it too soon?

Veronica started postpartum at 93kg and lost 20kg while strength-training back to (and past) her pre-baby self. Postpartum is a phase the OCS Process is well-equipped for, but the right starting point depends on your body, your delivery, and your recovery. We'll figure that out on the call.

How much time per week does this take?

Less than the time you're currently losing to the cycle. Most clients spend 3–4 short training sessions a week and a few minutes a day on food. We design it around your actual life — kids, shifts, travel, all of it.

The whole point of the Optimize phase is making sure your week works on your worst week, not just your best.

I've worked with coaches before and it didn't stick. What's different here?

Most coaches give you a plan and leave you to it. The plan looks great on paper, then real life happens — kids get sick, work travel, weekends — and the whole thing falls apart by week 3.

I help you actually run the plan in real life. We adjust every week — busy weeks, social events, travel, stress. The plan flexes around you, not the other way around. That's the whole reason my clients hold their results years after coaching ends.

What happens after coaching ends? Will the weight come back?

The whole point of the Sustain phase is so this doesn't happen. We don't end coaching the day you hit your goal — we feed you back up strategically, build the lifestyle habits, and prove to your body and brain that you can hold this without tracking.
