FAQ

I want to lose 5-10kg+, how fast can I reach this goal?

Telling you how fast you’ll lose 5-10kg simply wouldn’t be the right thing to do. Everyone responds differently, and this largely depends on things like past dieting attempts, current habits, and more. However, based on our records, most weight loss clients lose anywhere from 5-10% within the first 12 weeks, and anywhere from 10-20% or more when they stay with us longer.

Is this a weight loss-only program?

No. While many people initially come to OCS with a fat loss goal, we also help you build muscle, optimize performance, and improve your health. As much as the education/accountability part is in a group setting, your nutrition is still based on YOU and your specific goals, needs, and preferences. So whatever your goals are, that's what you'll work towards!

I'm a beginner, will this work for me?

No problem, either! The topics and practices covered in this 12-week program are suitable for both beginners and more experienced members. We all need to practice the same basics consistently, no matter our fitness level!

What if I'm super busy?

We know life can feel hectic - our most successful clients are busy parents, work busy jobs, and/or study. But they still make it work because they apply the right routines that help them time and effort and reduce stress. As for the video course, most videos are about 10 minutes, and you decide when you want to watch them!

I'm not sure if I can make the investment work...

What if I can’t join the Zoom meetings live?

The replays will all be shared in our own app and course portal for you to watch at your own convenience. Every week, you’ll get to submit your questions before we go live. So even if you’re not there with us live - as long as you submit your questions, we’ll answer them for you!

What if I change my mind and decide this isn’t the right time for me? Can I get a refund?

No, all payments are final, and you’ll still be required to pay for your 3 months in ‘The Odyssey’. In all reality, you’ll always feel at least a little unsure and uncomfortable about big lifestyle changes -that’s what stepping outside of your comfort zone feels like! We’ll promise you this, though: if you show up, we can get you to where you want to be. It’s OK to have your doubts sometimes, many people do at first. We’re here to help and guide you, and will meet you where you're at!

I'm dealing with gut, hormonal, and/or other conditions. Can I still make progress?

These cases are difficult to handle inside of a group coaching program. Since you’ll likely need a more specific protocol, including blood work and more, we highly recommend opting for our 1:1 nutrition coaching program - if you want more help beyond muscle gain, fat loss, etc. that would be your best bet!

What if I want to continue after the initial 3 months?

Most clients stay with us long after our first few months together - on average, about 11-13 months. As mentioned above, it will take more than 12 weeks to reach your ultimate, long-term goal - anyone who tells you differently is simply lying to you for marketing reasons. That’s why, once you complete The Odyssey, you can stay with us on a month-to-month basis in either a 1:1 or group/hybrid setting.
