Why I built this

In 2012 I was 30 kilos overweight and had no clue what to eat.

I'd tried the apps. The cheat sheets. The latest "this one food fixes it" trend. None of it worked - because nobody had ever taught me how to actually build a meal.

My coach at the time sat me down and taught me what to eat, instead of saying 'don't eat this.' That was the pivotal moment. I lost the 30 kilos and kept it off because I built habits and routines, without having been on any 'diet' in over a decade.

Since then I've coached 400+ women across Norway, the US, and Europe - most of them losing 10–20% in body weight (on average) and keeping it off for years. This 30-minute training is one of the first things I taught every single one of them.
